I graduated with honors from Rio Salado Community College in 2021. Early in my career, I had the opportunity to temp at over 15 different dental offices, which gave me a wide range of experience and confirmed my passion for this field. Finding my home at Brown Road Dental has been the highlight of my journey - I genuinely love the team and the amazing patients we serve. Outside of the office, I'm happily married, and a proud mom to our sweet son. When I'm not talking teeth, you'll find me spending time with my family and enjoying life's simple moments.

Registered Dental HygienistHi! I'm Kiril (pronounced KEER-uhl), and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist here at Brown Road Dental. I first began my career as a Registered Dental Assistant, which gave me a strong foundation for the work I do today. My goal is to provide excellent care with a focus on education, prevention, and compassion, while making each visit as comfortable as possible. I enioy building personal connections with patients and keeping up with the latest dental technology to improve care.
I was born in the Golden City of San Francisco, California, but grew up here in Arizona. Outside of the office, my guilty pleasure is reality TV, and I love spending time with the people (and dogs!) I care about most.

Registered Dental HygienistHi, I'm Alyssa, a proud Arizona native. Originally, I’m from Bullhead City, AZ. I graduated on the Dean's List from Mohave Community College and have been a dental hygienist for 10 years now.
I love the opportunity of getting to meet people from all walks of life, but the next step after meeting them is taking care of them. It takes a village!
My little village consists of my husband, son, and our bird dog. If I'm not at work, you can find me with my family enjoying the great outdoors.

Office ManagerSandra is originally from Texas. She moved to Mesa 38 years ago to start her education. Brown Road Dental has been her place of employment for 33 years. She has grown to love the patients and the dental field. In her spare time, she loves to read, watch movies, vacation, and spend time with her family. The ocean is one of her favorite places to relax and meditate.
Lilianna
ReceptionistLilianna is one of the front office receptionists here at Brown Road Dental. Many know her as Lili. Her goal is to make sure every visit feels comfortable, easy and welcoming. She has been working here since April 2023. She is also bilingual, speaks Spanish and English. Lilianna was born in Phoenix and raised in Mesa, Arizona. When she is not in the office she likes to spend her time with family and friends. She also likes to travel, go to concerts, and do anything that is creative and outdoor.

ReceptionistDiana has been a part of the front office team at Brown Road Dental since 2022, where she plays a key role in ensuring that patients feel heard, informed, and genuinely cared for. With a strong focus on creating a positive and welcoming environment, she is dedicated to making every patient experience as comfortable and smooth as possible. Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly going on long hikes and discovering new, scenic spots around Arizona! She also has a deep passion for both music, art and fashion!

Lead Dental AssistantCertified Lead Dental Assistant & Back Office Compliance Manager. With over 7 years of hands-on experience in the dental field, Ciena is a dedicated Dental Assistant, known for her expertise in patient care, office efficiency, and maintaining high standards of clinical practices. In addition to her clinical role, she also serves as the Back Office Compliance Manager, ensuring that all practices meet the latest regulatory and safety standards.
When she's not helping create healthier smiles, Ciena is busy raising three beautiful daughters, balancing her passion for her career with her love for family. Her ability to manage both a fast-paced work environment and a growing family is a testament to her commitment, organization, and dedication.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling, off-roading, going to the gym, and spending quality time with her family. She also loves expressing her creativity through doing nails, a hobby that brings her joy and helps her unwind. Her diverse interests reflect her dynamic personality and passion for balancing her professional and personal life.
